Welcome to Big Rocks. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Big Rocks (the "Service"), provided by BIG ROCKS TECHNOLOGY LLC (registration pending) ("we," "us," or "our").

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU (IF ANY) TO USE THE SERVICE.
